I became a light worker out of necessity. I was highly sensitive from a young age and dealt with a lot of family hardships. I decided that I would no longer let the circumstances of my family define me and that I needed to transmute the past for myself and the next generation. This is how my healing journey began. Through this I activated a great sense of empowerment and honed my healing gifts. After over a decade of deep study in mindset, the nervous system and energetics, I have come to realize that my sensitivities are an incredible gift to this world. And now, it’s my greatest honour to share them with you!
