Reiki Level 1 is all about your healing! Reiki Energy is here to support you in your life in whatever may be coming up for you. Use it as a tool to assist in regulating your emotions, clearing your energy from a social gathering or protecting your energy and staying grounded & balanced.
You do not need to have interest in being a healer to become Reiki Certified. Reiki Level 1 is all about your healing with the option to practice/provide healing to loved ones & pets.
Reiki is amazing for anyone to feels sensitive to people’s energy, if you are a creative person who holds deep empathy for others, learning Reiki will benefit you deeply.
In Reiki Level 1 you will explore a deeper sense of self love and acceptence. You will witness what being an empowered empath looks like and how to hold energetic boundaries with the people around you. Once you are attuned, you are able to channel the Reiki energy, it will be there to support you for life.
